Les Bonnets Blancs Muscadet 2021

This cuvee of Muscadet is the natural expression of a terroir made of schist and gneiss, this Muscadet is a fruity and expressive wine, combining great suppleness with lots of coolness.

Grape variety: Melon de bourgogne 100%
Soil: Shallow soil on micaschiste and gneiss
Cultivation: Wine made from grapes from the Agriculture Biologique (AB), certifie by Ecocer and Biodynamic certified by Biodyvin. Without the use of any weed-killer nor of any synthetic chemicals. Soil plowing, training on 3 wires.
Vinification: Slow pressing without prior crushing. Thermo regulated vilification between 19-20 C. Matured on lees during 6 months.
