A Blend of six Alsatian grape varieties: Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Riesling

A part of the Muscat comes from Grand Cru Schoenenbourg

Soil: Granite, Marl, Limestone

Biodynamic farming, hand harvested estate grown grapes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged in egg shaped concrete vats and large old barrels, no added sulfites.
