Querschnitt Rosé 2022

This 2022 Querschnitt rosé, a Pinot Noir, comes from 47-year-old vines rooted in muschelkalk soil. It undergoes a brief skin contact period, followed by whole bunch pressing and year-long fermentation. Maturation occurs for 6 months in a 600 L Neckenmarkter oak cask on full yeast. It exudes a distinctive aroma of flint, attributed to the low-nutrient soil.
