Querschnitt Rosé 2022

Pinot Noir vines farmed organically with natural winemaking. No fining or filtering. Very slow fermentation and 16 months in 500 Liter barrels created a relentlessly dry, minerally, herbal and fine rosé with seductive notes of fire, stone and mineral dust. Querschnitt means cross section.
