Syrah IGP Collines Rhodanniennes 2023

Plot: Located on the right bank of the Rhône, overlooking Valence, perched at aver 250m of altitude, these vineyards of around 1 hectare benefit from a very fine exposure (East-South-East). The wine is a blend from young vines which make up our vineyard (third leaf).

Vinification: Recent fermenting chambers. Manual harvesting, destemming, crushing. Vinification in closed, stainless steel, thermo-regulated vats. Vinification temperature controlled to 30-32°C, maximal extraction of colour. In-vat 10 day maceration to keep a maximum of fruit flavour.

Maturing: Uniquely in vats. Regular, numerous trial bottlings. Bottling after 9 months of aging. Don’t wait to enjoy the ”firework display” of soft sensations this wine affords.
