Bourgogne Blanc Les Bruchots 2022

A classic white Chardonnay with touch of Pinot Blanc (10%).

Grapes comes from Savigny-les-Beaunes.
The vinification is traditional: the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed, cold macerated few days.
The fermentation is natural, the winemaking temperatures are not high.
The alcoholic fermentation is done in barrels and aged for 18 months.
