Sébastien started in 2007 by taking over his father’s vineyards and buying an old 16th century mushroom farm to mature his wines in Tuffeau galleries.
Little by little the estate has expanded, now we are working about fifteen hectares in the Vouvray appellation spread over the municipalities of Vernou and Reugny.
Organic farming was obvious, all our vines are worked without weed killers or pesticides. The soils are mechanically worked and the grapes harvested by hand. The vinifications are made as naturally as possible so that the wines express the complexity and intensity of our terroirs.
