Domaine Guy Bocard

Domaine Guy Bocard on historiallinen Côte de Beaunen tuottaja, joka perustettiin 1920-luvulla ja sijaitsee Meursaultissa. Tilan maine rakentui klassisten Meursault-tarhojen Chardonnay-viineille, ja nykyisin tila kattaa noin 5,6 hehtaaria, keskittyen ainoastaan valkoviineihin.

Lopputuloksena on aiempaa raikkaampi ja tarkempi tulkinta Meursault’sta ja sen lähialueiden Côte de Beaune -tarhoista.

Domaine Guy Bocard is a historic Côte de Beaune estate founded in the 1920s and based in Meursault. The family built its reputation on Chardonnay from classic Meursault terroirs, and the domaine today farms about 5.6 hectares, focused on white wines only.

Since the estate’s 2018 acquisition by the Derichebourg family, Domaine Guy Bocard has been reshaped around organic farming and a more terroir-driven style, with the domaine achieving organic certification from the 2022 vintage onwards.

The current direction has been guided since 2022 by Philippe Pacalet, with winemaking centered on careful pressing, native-yeast fermentations, restrained oak, and low-intervention élevage. The result is a fresher, more precise expression of Meursault and neighboring Côte de Beaune appellations.
