”I am a 4th generation vigneron but only a second generation winemaker. My great-grand father arrived in Avize in 1912 but my father Claude started making wine 50 years ago. For me making wine is about taking time, there’s no short-cut : no filtering, no finings, late bottling and long aging on lees.
3 hectares in total – 1 in Avize – 65% Chardonnay – 25% Meunier – 15% Pinot Noir – production of 10000 bottles/year.”
