Aline Beauné
Aline Beauné on kohtalaisen uusi mutta jo paljon huomiota herättänyt viinintekijä Montagnystä, Bourgognesta. Alinella on vankka tausta viinin tekemisestä muiden tuottajien palveluksessa.
Pyrkimys on siirtyä viinintuotannossa yhä luonnonmukaisempaan suuntaan.
Suuri osa alueen viinitarhoista on premier cru -luokiteltuja. Maaperä on täällä saman tyyppinen kuin Chablis’n alueella. Aline Beaunén viineissä korostuvatkin hyvät hapot ja mineraalisuus.

Aline Beauné is a fairly new but already highly acclaimed winemaker based in Montagny, Burgundy. Before establishing her own estate, she gained extensive experience making wine for several respected producers. In 2018, she decided to pursue her dream of creating wines under her own name and founded her domaine. She took over 5 hectares of her parents’ vineyards, whose grapes had previously been sold to the local cooperative.
Aline is constantly refining her approach in pursuit of ever higher-quality wines, with a clear focus on moving towards more natural viticulture and winemaking. In 2020, she began fermenting her wines exclusively with indigenous yeasts, a practice she intends to continue. She is also in the process of obtaining organic certification and has a growing interest in incorporating biodynamic farming practices into her vineyards.
Her wines are aged for 12 months, primarily in large, old oak barrels, with a portion matured in stainless steel tanks. For her Premier Cru wines, approximately 15% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels, adding subtle complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit and terroir.
The village of Montagny is located in the southern part of the Côte Chalonnaise, where a significant proportion of the vineyards hold Premier Cru classification. The region’s limestone and clay-rich soils are geologically similar to those found in Chablis, giving Aline Beauné’s wines their hallmark vibrant acidity, mineral character, and precision.
